FRAUDS Overall Rating Other Services by , Jun. I made a payment on the due date to my Key Latitude card by transferring the payment from my personal account.... Latitude sent me a late fee of 27. I called them, they saw I DID make the payment ON my due date and reversed the fee. Due to billing cycle, 6 weeks to see it applied. I tried it once to pay my car loan, it took them EIGHT days to transfer the funds. Then I stumble upon the fact that my 4 month old new business debit card isn't even listed as a debit card connected but have my old debit card from a closed checking account. This bank is a TRAP folks. Im going right back to Putnam Savings as soon as possible. I forwarded my experience especially this recent one where they fraudulently went into my PERSONAL checking to pay for my amazon purchases from my BUSINESS acct. I only have ONE card as a payment option on my amazon acct. NEVER could I imagine a banks confusing my simple accounts there. My attorney wants to put all the pieces together and I will be recording my next conversation with the manager. But everyone I've dealt with at this branch has been awesome! Not all Key bank branches are created equal... This one is the best!
